Smith + Nephew PERI-LOC™ Proximal Humerus Locking Plate System is an anatomical laterality specific locking plate in a variety of length for precise implant contour to match the patient anatomy. There are suture holes in the proximal end to facilitate rotator cuff repair directly to the plate. The low-profile plate is curved to avoid excessive muscular stripping and subsequent nerve damage. The plate also features a beveled tip for percutaneous insertion and limited-contact undersurface of the shaft to reduce periosteal damage.
