Smith and Nephew Taylor Spatial Frame(TSF) is a ringed external fixator system which excels at multi-planar deformity correction. It has been designed closest of all ringed external fixators on the original work by Ilizarov, which has been tried and proven correct since the 1950s. The TSF relies on multi-directional adjustable struts to lengthen, rotate, and angle as needed for proper alignment of bones. The system is color and number coded to help patients with ease of use at home. It is a versatile system with easy adjustability while maintaining sufficient stability to allow for deformity correction.
